Step1
Cook pasta according to package instructions.
Step2
In a large skillet add olive oil and cook onions till they start to soften.

Add ground beef and cook with onions till no longer pink. Drain mixture.

Stir in water, soup, spaghetti sauce mix and pepper. Bring to a boil.
Step5
Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 2-3 minutes or sauce starts to thicken.
Step6
Add in cheese and stir well until cheese is melted.
Step7
Drain pasta and stir into cheese and meat mixture.
Step8
Remove from heat. Garnish with a dash of parsley and serve.
